Return and Refund Policy

For any undamaged product returned in its original condition, including all accessories, original packaging, and proof of purchase, GrailGreens will exchange the item or issue a refund to the original payment method within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a GrailGreens error or a defective product. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

 

Orders that have been placed and paid for may be cancelled within 3 hours of placement. Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to Welcome@GrailGreens.store.
