Complimentary Standard Shipping

​GrailGreens is proud to offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders within the United States.

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders received after 5:00 PM Eastern Time will begin processing the following business day. Our team personally inspects and packs every order to ensure the highest quality before it leaves our hands.

Delivery

All orders are shipped via UPS. Most packages arrive within 3–7 business days of dispatch. Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with a UPS tracking number so you can follow its journey.

International Shipping

Complimentary shipping is limited to U.S. domestic orders. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination country. GrailGreens does not currently offer complimentary shipping on international orders.

Shipping Delays — Force Majeure

GrailGreens is not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, inclement weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for products purchased from GrailGreens passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

To receive real-time shipping updates, provide a valid email address or phone number at checkout. UPS tracking information will be sent automatically once your order ships.
